One of our Account Managers will inform you about the full range of possibilities and benefits, and confirms the suitability of the inventory solution system for the customer’s organisation. The process of managing all consumables at an optimal level now begins.
Individual Planning of the System
Because no two businesses are the same, we offer a tailored solution with sufficient flexibility to meet all current and future needs of the customer. Planning at this stage takes full account of the range of products our customer uses, as well as gauging indicative usage and any specific certification or documentation that may be required.
Bin Agreement
Once consensus is reached that this is the best solution for the individual business needs and anticipated usage meets a basic minimum, an agreement is entered into that allows us to secure and arrange installation of the racks and bins.
Delivery and Installation
We will arrange delivery and full installation of the racks and bins.
Re-arrangement of Goods
We will sort and re-organise the customer’s existing stock into the new facilities as well as stocking any new supplies that may be required.
Labelling
Each bin is clearly identified and can be labelled with specific part numbers, description reorder and pack size quantity. A barcoding option is also available.
Coaching
It is important that our customers understand how the system works and that they are completely comfortable with all aspects of the process. One of our dedicated Account Managers will coach all the relevant staff through the workings of the system, as well as the precise roles and responsibilities of each party.
Continuous Maintenance
At agreed-upon frequencies, we will service our customer’s installation. The replenishment of the bins ensure service delivery excellence and is tailored to fit within any individual need and process schedule.
Regular Reviews
Regular reviews of the system ensure that the full inventory solution process is performing to our customer’s highest expectations. This also provides our customer with an opportunity to measure the performance of the system, as well as highlighting any changed usages of consumables or slow moving inactive parts.
